A new kind of company has officially launched in Georgia. Catalyst Group Technologies, LLC brings together a collective of builders, engineers, and strategists united by one goal: to turn great ideas into sustainable businesses together.
Founded by a team of longtime collaborators, Catalyst Group isn’t a traditional investment firm or incubator. Instead, it’s a shared platform designed to help independent ventures grow through combined expertise, aligned ownership, and a unified operational backbone.
“We built Catalyst Group around a simple belief: collaboration beats competition,” said Jonathan Sparks, one of the founding partners. “Instead of chasing outside funding or building in isolation, we’re creating a model where partners contribute, build, and own together from day one.”
Catalyst Group operates as a member-managed holding company, providing shared structure, resources, and governance for its affiliated projects and subsidiaries. The founding members, Aaron Riggs, Aditya Suri, Jonathan Sparks, Joseph Tierno, Matthew Caldwell and Shelby Sharpton each bring specialized skills spanning software, consulting, finance, and product strategy.
The group’s model is built on transparency, shared equity, and long-term collaboration. Every new project developed or funded under the Catalyst umbrella remains member-owned, with collective input on key decisions, investment allocation, and direction.
